If any guardian or conservator shall fail to file with the court or the Veterans Administration, as required by this chapter, any account of the benefits received by him from the Veterans Administration on account of his ward within thirty (30) days after such account is due, or shall fail to furnish the Veterans Administration a true copy of any account or of any petition or pleading as required by this chapter, such failure shall be grounds for removal. Effective: July 1, 1982 History: Amended 1982 Ky. Acts ch. 141, sec. 123, effective July 1, 1982. -- Created 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 25, sec. 10. Note. 1980 Ky. Acts ch. 396, sec. 134 would have amended this section effective July 1, 1982. However, 1980 Ky. Acts ch. 396 was repealed by 1982 Ky. Acts ch. 141, sec. 146, also effective July 1, 1982.
