(1) (2) KRS 381.9101 to 381.9207 shall be liberally construed and applied to promote its underlying purposes and policies. The underlying purposes and policies of KRS 381.9101 to 381.9207 are: (a) To simplify, clarify, and modernize the law governing condominiums; and (b) To make uniform the law among the various jurisdictions.
