An interest created in real or personal property shall not be void by reason of any rule against perpetuities, whether the common law rule or otherwise. The common law rule against perpetuities shall not be in force in this Commonwealth. Effective: July 15, 2010 History: Created 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 21, sec. 1, effective July 15, 2010.
