372.050 Return of money or property held by stakeholder.

The stakeholder of any money or other thing staked on any bet or wager shall, when notified to do so, return the stake to the person who deposited it. If he fails to do so, the person aggrieved may recover from him the amount or value of the stake. Effective: October 1, 1942 History: Recodified 1942 Ky.
