(1) (2) Any contract which does not comply with the applicable provisions of KRS 367.900 to 367.930 shall be void and unenforceable as contrary to public policy. Any waiver by a member or purchaser of a contract of any of the provisions of KRS 367.900 to 367.930 shall be deemed void and unenforceable as contrary to public policy. Effective: July 15, 1988 History: Created 1988 Ky. Acts ch. 367, sec. 3, effective July 15, 1988.
