Nothing in KRS 311.950 to 311.966 requires any physician, pharmacist, pharmacy, or manufacturer or distributor to manufacture, sell, or distribute amygdalin (laetrile), and nothing in KRS 311.950 to 311.966 requires any physician to prescribe amygdalin (laetrile) for any patient.
