The State Board of Medical Licensure shall provide in-service training programs for physicians, physicians assistants, paramedics, athletic trainers, and other persons licensed or certified by the board in child development, the dynamics of physical and sexual abuse, the impact of violence on child development, the treatment of offenders, and related issues. Each person licensed or certified by the board shall successfully complete the training prescribed by administrative regulation. Effective: July 14, 1992 History: Created 1992 Ky.
