235.030 Title and administration of chapter.
This chapter shall be known as the State Boating Act and shall be administered by the
Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources in the Tourism, Arts and Heritage Cabinet,
except the Transportation Cabinet shall be responsible for administering the boat
numbering, registration, and titling requirements.
