If any property against which an assessment has been levied is owned by an infant, by a person adjudged mentally disabled or a life tenant, the agreement herein provided for may be executed by the statutory guardian of such infant or the guardian, conservator or curator of such mentally disabled person, with the same effect as if executed by a person free from disability, or by the life tenant, whose agreement shall be binding upon the owner of the fee. Effective: July 1, 1982 History: Amended 1982 Ky. Acts ch. 141, sec. 63, effective July 1, 1982. -- Created 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 65, sec. 17. Note: 1980 Ky. Acts ch. 396, sec. 68 would have amended this section effective July 1, 1982. However, 1980 Ky. Acts ch. 396 was repealed by 1982 Ky. Acts ch. 141, sec. 146, also effective July 1, 1982.
