183.207 Eligibility for loan. To be eligible to receive a loan under KRS 183.200 to 183.213 a local airport board shall: (1) Furnish towards the project an amount equal to at least one-fourth (1/4) of its share of the project. (2) Show its inability to obtain the amount applied for from any source other than the cabinet. History: Created 1968 Ky. Acts ch. 122, sec. 3.
