The governing body of any city may classify sewer users upon any reasonable basis and may establish different service rates for each class, provided such rates are uniform as to all sewer users in the same class. Such classifications may be of limited or indefinite duration. Effective:June 19, 1958 History: Created 1958 Ky. Acts ch. 169, sec. 4, effective June 19, 1958.
