96.470 Refunding bonds.

Download as PDF 96.470 Refunding bonds. The city may issue new bonds to provide funds for the payment of any outstanding bonds, in accordance with the procedure prescribed by KRS 96.350 to 96.510. The new bonds shall be secured to the same extent and shall have the same source of payment as the bonds refunded. Effective:October 1, 1942 History: Recodified 1942 Ky.
