The air pollution control board, in conjunction with the Energy and Environment Cabinet, shall promulgate administrative regulations, rules, and orders, to implement Section 7412(i)(5) of Title 42, United States Code, relating to alternative emission limitations allowed for early reduction of emissions. Effective:July 15, 2010 History: Amended 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 24, sec. 72, effective July 15, 2010. -Created 1992 Ky. Acts ch. 131, sec. 1, effective July 14, 1992.
