(1) (2) (3) Every constable shall execute bond in the minimum amount of ten thousand dollars ($10,000), with good sureties approved by the fiscal court. The bond shall be recorded by the fiscal court with the county clerk, and the approval of the sureties shall be entered on the records of the fiscal court. The bond shall be renewed biennially, and more often if required by the fiscal court. When additional security is required of the constable, he shall be given ten (10) days' notice.
