(1) (2) A person is guilty of possession of stolen mail matter when he knowingly or having reason to believe that it has been the subject of theft in violation of KRS 514.140: (a) Possesses; (b) Buys; (c) Receives; (d) Conceals; (e) Deals in; or (f) Sells; any mail matter (as defined in KRS 514.140). Possession of stolen mail matter is a Class D felony. Effective:July 15, 1982 History: Created 1982 Ky. Acts ch. 425, sec. 2, effective July 15, 1982.
