(1) (2) The county attorney shall present to the Governor a written application prepared in accordance with KRS 440.370 for the return from any other state of any person charged with a violation of KRS 509.070. Upon receipt of the county attorney's application, the Governor may immediately demand from the executive authority of any other state the return of any person charged with a violation of KRS 509.070.
