(1) (2) The officer of a house of reform and any peace officer or citizen may arrest, without warrant, and return to the institution, any child who escapes from a house of reform or home in which an inmate has been placed on parole. A peace officer shall arrest any child known by him to have escaped from a house of reform, and return him to the institution. Effective:October 1, 1942 History: Recodified 1942 Ky.
