A conveyance by a commissioner shall not pass any right, until it has been examined and approved by the court; which approval shall be indorsed on the conveyance, and recorded with it. Effective:July 1, 1953 History: Transferred 1952 Ky. Acts ch. 84, sec. 1, effective July 1, 1953, from C.C. sec. 398.
