426.110 Execution from another county levied on land -- Duty of sheriff and clerk.

Where an execution issued in one county is sent to another county where land is levied upon, the sheriff levying the execution shall deliver it to the clerk of the circuit court in his county, who shall record the same as executions are now required to be recorded. After recording it, the clerk shall deliver the execution to the sheriff, who shall return it to the office of the court where it was issued. Effective:October 1, 1942 History: Recodified 1942 Ky.
