The provisions of KRS 395.510 to 395.550 shall, so far as applicable, regulate proceedings for the sale of property held in trust, by virtue of the provisions of KRS 378.060 to 378.090, but subsection (2) of KRS 395.510 shall not be so construed as to require all creditors holding liens upon the property by virtue of the statutes, or under the deed of assignment, to be made parties.
