No such instrument shall be valid or enforceable unless it is for a fixed and definite part of the wages earned or to be earned during a period not exceeding ninety (90) days immediately following the date of the instrument. Any such instrument bearing any other date than that of its execution shall be void. Effective:October 1, 1942 History: Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky.
