The Division of Employment Standards, Apprenticeship and Mediation shall, subject to appropriation from the General Assembly or funds made available to the division from any other public or private source, provide grants-in-aid to labor-management relations organizations that include both labor and management representatives. An organization shall use a grant-in-aid for the purpose of improving labor-management relations or improving communications with respect to subjects of mutual interest or concern to labor and management. The division shall not provide a grant-in-aid to any organization which interferes with collective bargaining in any plant or industry. The Division of Employment Standards, Apprenticeship and Mediation shall promulgate administrative regulations necessary to carry out this section. Effective:July 15, 2010 History: Amended 2010 Ky.
