336.075 Reports of human trafficking – Immunity.

The cabinet shall report all incidents of human trafficking as defined in KRS 529.010 about which the cabinet knows or has reasonable cause to believe within twenty-four (24) hours to a local law enforcement agency or the Department of Kentucky State Police, and the appropriate Commonwealth's attorney or county attorney. Anyone acting upon reasonable cause in the making of a report under subsection (1) of this section in good faith shall have immunity from any liability, civil or criminal, that might otherwise be incurred or imposed.
