335.360 Reinstatement of revoked license or permit. A person whose license or permit has been revoked may apply for reinstatement no earlier than five (5) years from the date of revocation, in accordance with the procedures established by the board by administrative regulation. Effective:January 1, 1999 History: Amended 1998 Ky. Acts ch. 594, sec. 14, effective January 1, 1999. -Created 1994 Ky. Acts ch. 352, sec. 11, effective July 15, 1994.
