The committee shall elect from its members one (1) to serve as chairman, one (1) as vice chairman, and the commissioner of the Department of Housing, Buildings and Construction or his or her designee shall serve as ex officio member of the committee (without a vote) and secretary. The committee shall meet at least quarterly and upon special call by the chairman or the secretary. Effective:July 15, 2010 History: Amended 2010 Ky.
