Download as PDF 318.060 Reexamination. An applicant who fails an examination shall be eligible upon reapplication for the next regular examination upon the payment of an additional application fee. Applications shall be canceled one (1) year after receipt thereof, in the event the applicant fails to appear for examination. Effective:June 16, 1960 History: Amended 1960 Ky.
