Download as PDF 260.859 Quorum for commission -- Chair and vice chair. (1) (2) A majority of the members of the commission shall constitute a quorum. The Commissioner of the Department of Agriculture shall serve as vice chair, and the commission shall elect annually one (1) member from among the remaining members to serve as chair.
