260.560 Department to administer egg marketing law -- Administrative regulations -- Hearings -- Appeals.

(1) (2) (3) The department shall administer all provisions and exercise all administrative powers in the egg marketing law. The department may promulgate reasonable administrative regulations necessary to carry out the provisions of the egg marketing law. The department may conduct administrative hearings, in accordance with KRS Chapter 13B, to the extent necessary for proper administration of the egg marketing law. Any final order of the department refusing, revoking, or suspending an egg license may be appealed by the aggrieved party to the Franklin Circuit Court in accordance with KRS Chapter 13B.
