(1) (2) No licensee for sale of distilled spirits and wine by the drink, other than a railroad system licensee, shall keep upon the licensed premises any distilled spirits or wine in any container except in the original package containing quantities of not exceeding one and seventy-five hundredths (1.75) liters of distilled spirits or two hundred twenty (220) liters of wine, and containing not less than two hundred (200) milliliters of distilled spirits, and not less than one hundred (100) milliliters of wine not exceeding fourteen percent (14%) alcohol by volume, as received from the wholesaler. Each container shall have affixed to it such labels as may be required by the regulations of the board, together with all required federal revenue tax stamps.
