Download as PDF 229.091 Licensees subject to regulation -- Written application. (1) (2) Every licensee shall be subject to the administrative regulations promulgated by the authority. Every application for a license shall be in writing, shall be addressed to the authority, and shall be verified by the applicant, if an individual, or by some officer, if a corporation or association, on whose behalf the application is made. It shall contain a recital of such facts as show the applicant entitled to receive a license and such other facts and recitals as the authority requires by administrative regulation to be shown.
