Download as PDF 217.952 Laetrile not to be sold in interstate commerce, penalty. Amygdalin (laetrile) manufactured in this state shall not be sold in interstate commerce. Violation of this prohibition is cause for immediate revocation of the license to manufacture, sell, or distribute amygdalin (laetrile). This does not preclude other legal action permitted under state and federal criminal statutes. Effective:July 15, 1980 History: Created 1980 Ky. Acts ch. 354, sec. 8, effective July 15, 1980.
