(1) (2) (3) As used in this section, "volatile substance" means any glue, cement, or paint or other substance containing a solvent or chemical having the property of releasing toxic vapors or fumes which when inhaled may cause a condition of intoxication, inebriation, stupefaction, dulling of the brain or nervous system, or distortion or disturbance of the auditory, visual, or mental processes. It shall be unlawful for any person to intentionally smell or inhale the fumes of any volatile substance, or to induce any other person to do so for the purpose of inducing a condition described in subsection (1) of this section. No person shall intentionally sell or offer for sale, deliver or give any volatile substance to any person for purposes of inhalation in violation of subsection (2) of this section.
