No person shall operate a vending machine company without having first obtained a permit to operate from the Cabinet for Health and Family Services as provided in the regulations of the Cabinet for Health and Family Services. All such permits shall expire on June 30 following the date of issue. The Cabinet for Health and Family Services shall adopt regulations relating to vending machines. KRS 217.808 to 217.812 do not apply to blind persons who operate vending machines as part of a program established by federal or state law. Effective:June 20, 2005 History: Amended 2005 Ky.
