As used in KRS 211.672 to 211.678, unless the context requires otherwise: (1) "Cabinet" means the Cabinet for Health and Family Services; (2) "Commissioner" means the commissioner of the Department for Public Health; (3) "Department" means the Department for Public Health; and (4) "Secretary" means the secretary of the Cabinet for Health and Family Services.
