Download as PDF 211.483 KCDI fund. (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) The Kentucky Cardiovascular Disease Initiative (KCDI) fund is created as a separate revolving fund. The KCDI fund shall consist of funds appropriated by the General Assembly and any other proceeds from grants, contributions, or other moneys made available for the purposes of the fund. The KCDI fund amounts not expended at the close of a fiscal year shall not lapse but shall be carried forward to the next fiscal year. Any interest earnings of the KCDI fund shall become a part of the fund and shall not lapse. KCDI fund moneys shall be used to support the Kentucky Cardiovascular Disease Initiative established under KRS 211.481. Funds shall be expended in accordance with KRS 211.480 to 211.483, distributed as directed by the board established by KRS 211.481. The Cabinet for Health and Family Services may expend available funds on the KCDI. Effective:June 26, 2007 History: Created 2007 Ky. Acts ch. 126, sec. 4, effective June 26, 2007.
