177.025 Removal of snow from certain state roads by county plows on order of county judge/executive.

The provisions of KRS 67.078 and 67.710 notwithstanding, a county judge/executive may order county plows to remove snow from any state road the plow must travel on to reach a county road to be cleared. The county judge/executive shall not be required to declare an emergency for him to order county plows to remove snow from state roads. Effective:July 15, 1994 History: Created 1994 Ky.
