Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. secs. 4384-5, 4384-7, 4384-15, 4384-32. Legislative Research Commission Note. This section was also amended by Acts 1978, ch. 17, 1, approved March 3, 1978. The later repeal by Acts 1978, ch. 155, 165, approved March 29, 1978, however, prevails.
