When a judge is removed from office by impeachment or address, the Secretary of State shall so notify in writing the clerk of the court of which he was judge. The notice shall be filed by the clerk in his office, and the order of removal shall be recorded in the Office of the Secretary of State. Effective:October 1, 1942 History: Recodified 1942 Ky.
