It shall be unlawful for: (1) Any stamping agent or distributor to affix a stamp to a package or other container of cigarettes of a tobacco product manufacturer or brand family not included in the directory; or (2) Any retailer to sell cigarettes from a tobacco product manufacturer or brand family sixty-one (61) days or more after the effective date of the removal of the tobacco product manufacturer or brand family from the directory. Effective:July 1, 2009 History: Amended 2009 Ky. Acts ch. 84, sec. 3, effective July 1, 2009. -- Created 2003 Ky. Acts ch. 194, sec. 5, effective April 6, 2003.
