108.080 Definitions for KRS 108.090 to 108.180. As used in KRS 108.090 to 108.180 unless the context requires otherwise: (1) "District" means emergency ambulance service district; (2) "Board" means the board of directors of the emergency ambulance service district; (3) "County" means the incorporated and unincorporated areas thereof; (4) "City" means an incorporated city of any class.
