The governing body of any other political subdivision within the boundaries of the county, which may include the fiscal court, may, with the mutual consent of the governing body of each political subdivision constituting a party thereto, become a party to and beneficiary of a contract entered into under authority of KRS 79.110. The inclusion of a third-party political subdivision in any such contract shall be by a writing in compliance with KRS 79.120. History: Amended 1964 Ky. Acts ch. 144, sec. 3. -- Created 1954 Ky.
