(1) (2) Each city or county shall designate some person who is a member of either the fiscal court of the county, council or commission of the city to represent such city or county in all of the business transactions by the intercity or intercounty commission according to the provisions of KRS 79.010 to 79.070. Such a representative or commissioner shall receive no compensation except in those cases where traveling expense is involved. Each commissioner shall have one (1) vote, except in the case of a tie vote, at which time the chairman shall cast two (2) votes. The commission shall determine the policies of the intercity or intercounty compact in accordance with the provisions of KRS 79.010 to 79.070. History: Created 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 43, sec. 3.
