The necessary expenses of the Commonwealth's attorney in the discharge of his official duties in counties containing a population of more than 150,000 shall be paid out of the county levy. The fiscal court shall order payment of the expenses upon presentation of a bill by the Commonwealth's attorney. Effective:October 1, 1942 History: Recodified 1942 Ky.
