(1) (2) (3) Within three (3) days, exclusive of weekends and holidays, of the conclusion of the certification hearing, the court shall enter an order denying or granting the petition and shall state in writing the factual findings regarding criteria specified in KRS 645.090. If the petition is denied, the court may release the child or may enter an emergency custody order for purposes of proceedings under other provisions of KRS Chapters 600 to 645 to secure proper care for the child. If the petition is granted, the court shall authorize the child's hospitalization for a period of no more than sixty (60) days. The court shall order the person who is to transport the child to the hospital to deliver to the hospital copies of orders and all relevant information concerning the child's involuntary hospitalization. If the child is already hospitalized, the court shall otherwise arrange for the prompt transmittal of orders and all relevant information to the hospital.
