Every cemetery company offering for sale any mausoleum crypt, underground crypt or columbarium niche shall provide facilities for temporary entombment or inurnment at the cemetery in which the crypt or niche purchased is to be located. Effective:July 13, 1984 History: Repealed, reenacted, and amended as KRS 367.960, 1984 Ky. Acts ch. 116, sec. 17, effective July 13, 1984. -- Created 1976 Ky. Acts ch. 294, sec. 10.
