All county clerks in the Commonwealth shall maintain a book or other similar record on a permanent basis containing the registrations and other information required to be filed under KRS 367.513. Said book shall be a public record. Effective:June 17, 1978 History: Amended 1978 Ky. Acts ch. 384, sec. 500, effective June 17, 1978. -Amended 1974 Ky.
