If any member of the board or any member of a crisis response team authorized by KRS 36.250 to 36.270 does any act in the discharge of his duty that causes him to be proceeded against by civil court action, the Attorney General shall represent him in the civil proceedings. Effective:July 15, 1998 History: Repealed, reenacted, and amended 1998 Ky. Acts ch. 86, sec. 4, effective July 15, 1998. -- Created 1996 Ky. Acts ch. 316, sec. 4, effective July 15, 1996. Formerly codified as KRS 42.675.
