The adjutant general shall coordinate the activities of the Unit of Civil Air Patrol established pursuant to KRS 36.230 with the federal government and any of its agencies in all matters relating to aeronautical training and education, communications, rescue work, mercy missions, aerial observation, establishment of navigational aids, and other functions within the scope of activity of the Civil Air Patrol. Effective:July 15, 1996 History: Created 1996 Ky. Acts ch. 258, sec. 3, effective July 15, 1996.
