Download as PDF 353.593 Appeals. Appeals may be taken from all final orders of the department to issue, deny, modify, or revoke any permit under the Underground Injection Control Program. Appeals shall be taken to the Circuit Court of the county in which the well is located or proposed to be located in accordance with KRS Chapter 13B. Effective:July 15, 1996 History: Amended 1996 Ky. Acts ch. 318, sec. 341, effective July 15, 1996. -Created 1986 Ky. Acts ch. 277, sec. 5, effective July 15, 1986.
