353.474 Payment of attorneys' fees, expenses, and court costs.

All attorneys' fees, expenses, and court costs incident to the original proceedings authorized hereunder shall be paid by the lessee if a lease is executed pursuant hereto, and by the plaintiff if for any reason no lease is executed. Subsequent to entry of judgment, all allowable fees, expenses, and court costs shall be paid out of funds in the hands of the trustee. Effective:July 15, 1982 History: Created 1982 Ky. Acts ch. 165, sec. 8, effective July 15, 1982.
